| In the first category we are
looking for foreign clients including manufacturing
industries and research institutes which would like to
file patent and trademark for protection in Japan. All the members of the firm can speak and write English, German or French based on the education of each member. Therefore we conduct the translation of the documents to be filed in house. As is well known, not a few mistranslation are found in the document of foreign clients filed in Japan. It should be noted: a smaller growing company offers better service than a larger company does. Just the same way we offer a better service than a large patent law firm in Japan. |

looking for foreign clients including patent and
trademark law firms in reciprocal relation. Namely we
would like to conduct exchange the patent and trademark
applications mutually. Such reciprocal relation would
bring a more intimate and faithful tie between our law
firm and the foreign associates and hence the best
service is guaranteed. |
